Raspberry sauce

the summer berries are great this year! We were lucky enough to have an entire week of enjoying strawberries, raspberries and blueberries at the same time.
Now what to do with them. I just finished making a blueberry jam, and came up with this raspberry sauce for waffles. It was great!

Raspberry Sauce

4 cups fresh raspberries
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
 In a medium saucepan, stir the raspberries, sugar and orange juice together. Cook until bubbly.
Mix the cornstarch with the water and stir into the raspberries.  Cook about five minutes until starting to thicken. Pour through a sieve or food mill to take out most of the seeds and serve still warm.
