Garlic scape & Rosemary Pork Chops

4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
3 garlic scapes, chopped
3 springs rosemary (coarsely chopped)
1/3 cup olive oil

blend the scapes, rosemary and olive oil in your food processor until somewhat smooth. spread half on one side of pork chops. broil 5 min. flip. spread on other side. broil 5 min or until done. let rest a few minutes.
