These are very mild pot infused gummies, which is about all I need to help me drift off to sleep.
1 cup fruit juice (I used crab apple juice)
1 cup jelly (I used grape jelly)
4 pks Knorr gelatin
2 packages jello (This time I used strawberry)
1 tsp sunflower lecithin
1/2 cup canna budder
mix the juice with the gelatin & jelly. Let sit about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan mix the jelly, sunflower lecithin and canna butter. Warm until everything melts together nicely.
Add the gelatin mix to the saucepan and heat until completely dissolved.
Pour with tiny ladle into your moulds, This recipe made just over 100 gummies. (or you can pour into a cake pan and cut into shapes after they solidify.)
Refrigerate 15 minutes until solid, pop out of the moulds or cut the sheet candy, and put into airtight containers or resealable bags in the freezer. They only last a week in the fridge, but pretty much indefinitely in the freezer.
