Wrap it up!
1 lb organic ground beef
1/2 cup chopped lobster mushrooms (or other firm mushroom)
1 500ml jar tomato sauce
1/2 tsp crushed dried hot peppers
salt & pepper
Toppings as you like them:
shredded jalapeno flavoured soy cheese
steamed kale spears or shredded greens like spinach or arugula
soy sour cream
pickled hot peppers
chopped green onions
Saute beef until browned, add shallots and cook until they are soft. Add mushrooms, tomato sauce, peppers & seasonings. Simmer 15 - 20 minutes while you gather the rest of the ingredients, and put in bowls on the table.
Heat the wraps by warming a cast iron pan and placing the wraps one at a time in the hot skillet and turning & flipping them until heated. Let your guest create their own wraps with their favourite ingredients.
